Mellisa is a sweet young in Uganda who lives with her mother and three siblings. Her father abandoned her family and married another woman, and her mother works in the food industry. Mellisa's mother works hard to provide for her children, but her wages are not enough to meet their basic needs. Mellisa has been unable to attend school because they could not afford to pay the school fees. Mellisa desires to become a nurse when she grows up! By sponsoring Mellisa, you can help provide her with the education she needs to reach her dreams. At the Namugoga Child Development Center, Mellisa will also receive nutritious food, clothing, and medical care.
