Emily is an imaginative young girl in Colombia who lives with her extended family and is an only child. Emily loves painting and wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. Along with meeting the childs physical and educational needs, at the Tierra Prometida Child Development Center, the children are taught scripture, receive help with their homework and also are given a large meal each day after school. Although sponsorship provides the child with nutritious meals, a warm bed, and a wonderful education, nothing is more valuable than learning about their savior Jesus Christ.
