White Mudenda is a local pastor and church planter in Zimbabwe who also helps run the Hope Ministries Orphanage started by his late brother. His journey to salvation began tragically with fear of death. When White was only two, his father was murdered and his mother was almost killed. However, while she was carrying White on her back, he cried so much that her captives let them go. Growing up, White carried with him a constant fear of death and would isolate himself. That was until a friend encouraged him to trust in the Lord. The words brought him comfort and at that time he never imagined that one day he would follow Christ without fear. White now has the vision of planting one hundred churches by 2030. Thirty churches have already been planted.
